A worthy frame for Chocolate.

Chocolate is considered, in my opinion, a product of human genius. A magical balance between bitterness, sweetness, and sourness results in an unparalleled flavor, full of polyphenols and antioxidants. Without added sugar, it represents a source of important nutrients, which is why  Swiss researchers, European leaders in chocolate making, have advanced the technique to obtain the sweet flavor without the need to add sugar or sweeteners, simply utilizing the entire fruit by implementing an additional process.

The Aztecs and Mesoamerican indigenous people saw in these cacao tree beans a hidden treasure beneath a bitter flavor that masterfully analyzed by a keen palate, is packed with sensory stimulants that result in a symphony in our brains. 
The process of chocolate making is as ancient as the origins of cacao, and so highly specific that it astonishes us that humans, for over 5,000 years, possessed the gustatory sensitivity to appreciate this food of the gods.
